What happens next?
Vet Fee and Continuation Claims: Once your claim is being processed by our admin team, we will send you an email and a text message to confirm. To assess a veterinary fee or continuation claim, we require your pet’s full clinical history along with the relevant invoices. Our team will now request this information on your behalf – however, to help speed up the process, we recommend you ask the vet practice send this to us on history@perfectpetinsurance.co.uk with your policy number in the subject line. Once we have received the necessary information, we will aim to process your claim within 5 working days and as soon as an outcome is available, we will email you to confirm.
What do we need from you? Sometimes we may require additional information from you. We therefore kindly ask that you respond to any queries at your earliest convenience to avoid any unnecessary delays.
